Rasha Thadani Actress, Age, Height, Weight, Size, DOB, Affair, Family, Biography

A new generation of star kids is coming into the spotlight in Bollywood, where nepotism is a hot topic. Rasha Thadani, the 20-year-old daughter of 90s star Raveena Tandon and well-known film distributor Anil Thadani, is one of them. Rasha (full name: Rashavishakha Thadani) was born on March 16, 2005, in Mumbai. She has quickly gone from a privileged childhood to being one of the most talked-about debutantes of 2025.

Life as a child and family background

Rasha’s family was very into movies when she was growing up. Raveena Tandon, her mother, was the queen of the box office in the 1990s with hits like Mohra, Dilwale, and Andaz Apna Apna. She won a National Film Award for her powerful performances. Anil Thadani, her father, is in charge of AA Films, one of India’s biggest distribution companies. They are in charge of releasing huge hits like Baahubali, KGF, Pushpa, and Jawan.

The couple got married in 2004, and Rasha is their oldest biological child. Raveena has a younger brother named Ranbirvardhan (often called Rannvijay) and two older adopted sisters named Pooja and Chhaya. Raveena adopted the girls as a single woman in the 1990s, which was a brave move that showed her caring side. Rasha has said in interviews that her relationship with her siblings is “complete and utter madness,” and the four of them often split into playful teams.

Rasha went to the famous Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai, where she showed signs of becoming a star early on. Her grandma once said that she had the spirit of a “old-time actress.” Rasha wanted to be Ariana Grande when she was a kid, which shows how much she loved music and performing. She is also a black belt in Taekwondo, a great singer, and a big fan of nature and animals.

Azaad and Instant Fame: Bollywood Debut

This year, Rasha made her acting debut in the period drama Azaad by Abhishek Kapoor, which also starred Ajay Devgn and his nephew Aaman Devgan. The movie was set in India before it became independent and dealt with love, loyalty, and bravery. Critics called the movie a “disaster” and it didn’t do well at the box office, but Rasha became the breakout star.

Her high-energy dance in the viral song “Uyi Amma” became a hit, getting hundreds of millions of views and being compared to a young Katrina Kaif for her natural charm and expressions. Fans loved how she looked on screen, how she delivered her lines, and how well she danced. This showed that she had inherited her mother’s charm and added a new Gen-Z vibe. The song “Oye Makhna” made her even more popular, and she quickly became a youth icon.

Broadening Horizons: From Bollywood to Tollywood

Rasha didn’t let Azaad’s bad business deal stop her from getting projects lined up right away. She is currently filming Laikey Laikaa, a romantic action-drama with Abhay Verma, a star of the Munjya show. Behind-the-scenes videos show how much fun she has with the cast, including “cringe joke” videos that went viral.

Just a few days ago, Rasha made a big announcement: she will be making her first Telugu film with director Ajay Bhupathi (of RX 100 fame) in the upcoming film, which is tentatively called #AB4. This rough, real love story is the first movie for superstar Mahesh Babu’s nephew, Jaya Krishna Ghattamaneni. The project has gotten a lot of attention because it has support from well-known companies like Vyjayanthi Movies and Swapna Cinema, and music by National Award-winning GV Prakash Kumar.

Rasha shared her first-look poster on social media, where she looks edgy and confident leaning against a bike in a black tank top and jeans. She wrote, “New beginnings, endless gratitude!” With love from all of you, I’m getting into Telugu cinema. The announcement shows that she wants to explore pan-Indian cinema, just like other star kids who have gone South for different roles.

There are also rumors about possible projects like Khal Nayak 2, which makes her filmography even more interesting.

Not only an actor, but also a social media star and brand favorite

Rasha has a lot of followers because she is very active on Instagram and other sites. Her posts, which include glamorous photo shoots and candid family moments, speak to Gen-Z audiences. She has been on the covers of magazines like Cosmopolitan and is now a brand ambassador for Crocs India, Nykaa Cosmetics, and Silvostyle jewelry.

Rasha is a beauty influencer because of her skincare tips, which focus on hydration and sun protection. In interviews, she talks about how her family’s support keeps her humble, which shows how down-to-earth she is.

The Next Steps

Rasha Thadani, who is only 20, is a good example of how nepotism is changing in Bollywood. She is talented, works hard, and isn’t afraid to take risks. Her first movie didn’t do well at the box office, but her unique style, especially in dance numbers and on social media, has won over fans. With Laikey Laikaa and #AB4 coming up, she’s ready to prove the doubters wrong and maybe even get that “first big hit.”

Raveena Tandon once said that Rasha had “the keeda” (passion) for performing since she was a child. This young star is ready to show that she’s more than just a famous last name in an industry that doesn’t forgive much. She’s here to stay. This is just the beginning of Rasha Thadani’s journey.
