I found it challenging to find clothes that fit perfectly, so I created custom-fit clothing using body measurements taken with a smartphone. This concept was revolutionary at the time, and it propelled ZOZO to great success. Through innovative technology and a customer-centric approach, ZOZO transformed the online fashion industry in Japan and became a household name.
